ERROR: Error reading disc capacity (MEDIUM NOT PRESENT - TRAY CLOSED) Actually the disc IS inserted in the disc tray. Idk why this error occurs.
Problem: althought the burn was successful through ImgBurn, when I insert the disc in my xbox 360 I get the error "Unrecognized disc". Very weird, because one hour before I burnt The Evil Within the same way and the game is working perfectly. Any ideas guys? Any help will be appreciated
W 21:48:25 The drive only supports writing these discs at 3x; 4x.
you have nothing to do to that bad burn you need to burn that game again, i recommend you to do Overburn because is recommended for last games than truncate even if its the same... just start a new burn i see that you have select the .dvd file did you change the LB on it? its better to delete that .dvd file and set the LB on imgburn to 2086912 and the writing speed to 3x always burn at lowest speed.

Yes, I always set the write speed at 2.4x, but seems that my drive only supports writing Verbatim discs at 3x or 4x. Hence ImgBurn always change the write speed without my permission

No I didn't. I run the iso through abgx, and abgx created the .dvd for me. I always delete the .dvd that come with the iso, so abgx can create a correct .dvd for me. Then, in ImgBurn, I selected "Calculate Optimal" for layerbrake.
that's why things are messy there LoL!! the .dvd file have the LB for burnermax payload drives and you don't have one so delete the .dvd file and select the .iso file and on imgburn settings LB set it to "user specified" to 2086912 and the writing speed not always 2.4x if your discs have 3x and 4x choice one of those i recommend 3x and do Overburn

Idk what is going on! LOL
I run the iso again through abgx, look the output, seems ok for me:

The .dvd file the abgx created has the following content:
LayerBreak=2133520
imars.borderlands.360.iso
This layerbrake will not work if I truncate the game? Or the layerbrake for Overburnt is different? I think it's the same of the .dvd abgx created when I ran The Evil Within
if you are going to overburn/truncate a backup you must use 2086912, the .dvd file created by ABGX depends XGD2 = 1913760 XGD3 = 2133520 and you should change that number if you are not going to burn an XGD3 game properly or simply delete that file and set 2086912 on imgburn

Ok man!
Tonight I'll try again, setting the layerbrake manually to 2086912 and overburning the game, and I will post the results here
you will get an I/O error when you reach 97% and you'll see that there are 20 retries on the ImgBurn log,
Just click "Cancel" on this pop-up to get to the finalizing disc
Choose "Yes" if asked to try and perform "Close Track / Session / Disc" functions
I followed these steps, thanks bro The game is working, but in the main menu I got a "The disc is unreadable" error. So now I'm trying to install the game Almost sure that I will be able to play this game with the mp3 trick
UPDATE: After I installed the game, now it's working like a charm! Thank you very much Mugi, you helped me a lot bro
