I have a strange problem and i don't know how to solve it, so i came here to ask if someone can help.
I have a laptop [PC] that has a built in BD/DVD writer, and i have 2 external writers too, in the past i was able to burn games with the internal writer and both external writers, but i don't know what happened and suddenly one day i couldn't burn DVDs successfully, i mean using ImgBurn, i just complete the writing process successfully but in Verify process it always fails, just recently i bought a new DVD writer, Samsung, and i just tested it for BurnerMax Payload Tools, and it supports it, then tested 3 DVDs for 2 games and same error in Verifying process, so what's wrong?
And to make it more clear, i have an internal BD writer in my PC desktop i built up one day, Pioneer BD writer, and it doesn't support that BurnerMAX Payload Tools, but i was able to burn all the games XGD2 or XGD3 successfully perfect, no errors in burning or verifying, and all the DVD games works fine with my XBOX console, so what is the different between my desktop and my laptop? all with i7 processor and SSD harddrive and high RAM memory and Windows 7, so what is wrong with my laptop that it doesn't burn well nowadays comparing to my desktop even with supported BMPL Tools app?
it is strange! reinstall IMGBURN, try to use different discs, also try to burn a game that was already successfully burned, connect your laptop with the charger don't use battery to provide more power to the USB port

post the log of a previous burn on imgburn
1. Ok, maybe i should re-install IMGBURN and see what i will get.
2. Why use different discs? i burnt using those discs brand on my desktop and it works perfectly and the burn/verify done successfully, so only with my laptop it doesn't successfully verfy, and i tried once before with Verbatim which all recommend and choose it as the best one and same error in verify, so it is definitely not the disc.
3. I don't use a battery of my laptop because it is dead and i didn't buy a replacement, so the power is from the charger.
4. I will post a log when i will try to reinstall imgburn and see what is wrong.
